Noticed this morning that COYS has risen from the ashes again with a former auctions manager in the MD seat. If you do buy and sell cars at auction it's worth reading some sellers' experiences earlier in this thread!
I'm surprised it's taken them this long, Feel the frustration for the poor people who got scammed out of their money including one families entire one mans life long collection bereavement sale ,having a one day sale all of it's own
Through these difficult times it's sad to see long term family business's going into receivership though no fault of their own
but these crooks do it on purpose ,even selling cars thousands below reserve without permission from the vendors.
How long will it be before they do it again, the law is a complete ass and needs changing before more innocent people have
lives wrecked .

It looks like Verdi are still around, and can't be existing on thin air, so much have some customers.

We have Social media these days, a lot easier to spread the word in situations like this. I suspect most using auctions are well versed in the auto sales business, and the word to not touch this new venture will rapidly spread.
You would be surprised how many probably older people due to lack of knowledge with the internet. have been taken in by the fact that they boasted being established since 1918 or there about's not
knowing they have had more change of owners than Katy Price has had lovers along with the Etonian posh accents seem to draw them in
with a force sense of security.
There has been pages and pages on numerous forums and they still manage to draw entries some mega expensive cars
and whole collections as was the case of the bereavement one day sale. If a firm of solicitors was involved in entering the
vehicles on behalf of the beneficiaries which is often the case they should have know better and done their homework first.
Wonder where the proceeds are coming from to set the new business up is coming from?
And yes your wright the the social media should be a loud voice to avoid this company at all costs.
