I thought their carpark was just flooded with the recent heavy rain and that was it. Nothing much to it.

Or at least so I thought

This thread made me think of a tweet I saw the other day.

It was noting something like ‘times might be tough at TH?’

How utterly and comically bizarre. If you look in the reflection in the windows there is no one there apart from the one person filming it for his own channel.

A press conference without any press bothering to turn up!

Confused by this, he’s second hand car dealer. I assume he thinks he’s someone special?

His lad could of least had a shave 🤣

I can see why you'd want to do it though. I don't know what the case was about (and I'm too lazy to investigate) but he's been accused of something and the case has collapsed so, understandably, he wants to publicise that.

Pretty poor of the SFO and the CPS, however, that they went as far as going to court without a decent case, Presumably either the main plank of their case was ruled inadmissible or otherwise fell apart in some way.

In May... https://www.sfo.gov.uk/2023/05/26/sfo-charges-luxu...
SFO said:
the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) charged the self-styled multi-millionaire supercar salesman Thomas Hartley with withholding information from its ongoing fraud investigation.

The SFO is currently investigating Raedex Consortium, a company that attracted thousands of investors in its car lease scheme over nine years, before it collapsed in 2021.
...
Mr Hartley is suspected of holding information related to a suspect in the case and had been asked to provide this four times by SFO investigators, before he was eventually taken to court.

SFO said:
we must ensure all our cases meet the evidential and public interest tests set by the Code for Crown Prosecutors, and information submitted by Mr Hartley on September 25, 2023 means that the evidential test is no longer satisfied.

It just gets more comical. He is calling it a win, but in fact he folded and gave up the information they wanted.

I can't see it.
He blocked me after he posted once calling his Pistonheads interview a great success.
I invited to read the forum comments to see otherwise.

I’ll be honest - I think he’s a complete donut.
All this talk about himself ‘the deal maker’ it’s slightly embarrassing.
And his son Carl with the small man bag seems of similar ilk

In none of the adverts are the valves lined up TDC. Cheap trick with the water, complete and utter OCD fail.

It’s not a puddle.
It’s a luxury reflection pool.
