RM Auction in Battersea, some nice cars available
Discussion
I will be dragging myself along to Battersea for this sale, it looks like they have some interesting cars going across the block, here is a quick selection that might prick the interest of those on here:
First a 2008 Koenigsegg CCX with only 1700 miles on the clock. It’s got a good spec and nice colour combo, but the instrumentation could do with updating to the Chrono Pack. No idea of the reserve, but I think if RM are sensible this could be a very good buy. It could also set the market value in the UK.

A matching numbers Lamborghini Miura 400S looks interesting (If only I could fit in one )

Matching numbers 1970 Maserati Ghibli Spyder, this would make a very cool car for running down to the south of France, has all the desirable options

2005 Maserati MC12 might excite some on here, personally I am not a fan, they are just way too big to be a capable car in the UK

Now personally this car would be my pick of the auction, a 1959 Ferrari 250 LWB Berlinetta Tour De France. I just love TDF's, especially the singe vent models. This one has a great racing history and is beautifully presented. The only flaw for me personally is that it does not have the covered head lights but I could live with that. Price wise I would guess £2.1 to £2.5 million. I just love it

I have just looked at the digital catalogue and it has price estimates and it makes for interesting reading. I have updated my original post:
First a 2008 Koenigsegg CCX with only 1700 miles on the clock. It’s got a good spec and nice colour combo, but the instrumentation could do with updating to the Chrono Pack. Estimate £235k - £285K Now that looks very cheap and good value

A matching numbers Lamborghini Miura 400S looks interesting (If only I could fit in one ) Estimate £320K - £360K
