In Modena: Lamborghini or Pagani tour?
Discussion
Hi all, we're going to be in the Modena area for a visit to Ferrari in the summer and I'd ideally like to visit the two other factories for their tours too. Time-wise though, it may be a little difficult to do all three. I'm wondering if anyone been on these two factory tours and if they were to choose, which would it be?
Cheers

Having done all 3
don't bother with Ferrari(they just want to sell shirts & caps), sad to say
the lambo museum is worth walking around , and the production line is fascinating .
The craft at Pagani needs to be seen to be appreciated , I have only ever seen that level of care lavished on component choice & construction at very high end race teams .
it makes a very interesting contrast to the more everyday (but still very special) more mass production supercars

Thanks for the replies.
We will be doing the 'proper' Ferrari factory tour. As owners we can actually get inside the factory with a personal guide. Expensive but hey ho, it's got to be done!
I suspected the Pagani visit would be the one to do for the craftsmanship. If time dictates we can only one of those two, perhaps it's Lamborghini then that goes on the list for next time…

These tours just don't interest me at all. Even if I was in town for some other random reason and you offered me a ticket to go on the tour for free... I wouldn't take it. i just don't get the interest in it.
That's fair enough. I understand they're not for everyone so it's probably a good job I'm taking my wife rather than you piers1 said:
The Pagani factory is awesome, the skill needs to be seen to be believed, and it is much smaller than you would think.
+1. Done all 3 and the Pagani factory is by far the best as it is smaller and more intimate. Plus, as stated, the skill of the workforce is something to behold.Gassing Station | Supercar General | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
