Calling 360 Owners

Hi Chaps,
I'm invading from the Porsche camp, have had a 996TT for a year & a half now & am getting itchy feet. Love the Turbo, finding it very hard to find something to replace it with. Toying with a 51(ish)reg 360 manual tin top ! Few questions.
1/The Official dealer prices look very inflated & smack of big depreciation come re-sale, is this the case ?
2/ How do they work as an every day car putting 7k per year on the car.
3/ Any known issues & problems
4/ What is the must have spec.

Thanks Ninja for taking the time & trouble to give me some inside information on the 360, much appreciated.
As I mentioned B4 I know 996 Porkers inside out, but only know the general stuff about 360's, so your tips are great. You have a cab. by the sounds of it, what is the roof insulation & body flex like compared to the tin top.
