TUAN MINH LE is a Public Finance Economist at the World Bank’s Tax Policy and Administration Thematic Group. Prior to joining the Bank, he was working at the Public Finance Group, Harvard Institute for International Development. His work focused on technical consultancy on tax policy design, revenue forecasting, and on appraisal of development expenditures. He worked in Vietnam, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Tanzania, Egypt, and Jordan. He also taught for the Tax Analysis and Revenue Forecasting Program, and the Program on Investment Appraisal and Management at Harvard University. He was Assistant Professor of Economics at Suffolk University in 2001-2002. He obtained a Ph.D. in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School of Government in 2003.

Cheers guys, updated my profile with pictures of all my nice cars and added a couple that were missing

Simon, you have the nicest Murcielago I have ever seen. Why can't I find a sensibly priced LHD loud coloured M-Car ????!!!!

3-6 months, try to buy competatively from europe then sell on hopefully breaking even.

it's been covered before, but I got 6 months, big fine and big costs. The guy in the ferrari was my friend, he got 6 weeks plus same costs as he was older and had a clean license.

they'd already called the helicopter, and got all available units ready should we have done that....... didn't know that at the time tho'

somehow think if the video ever got onto Police, Camera, Action the sound would be heavily dubbed.
