ladies & gents, despite the noise issues recently there is a chance of another vmax, please email your interest to me through my profile marking subject "vmax serene!"

I must stress that all car exhausts & cats must be road legal and completely standard and we (unfortunately) have to reserve the right to vet entrants according to their cars as we will get this booking on the strict understanding of taking "quiet cars" only.

I'm sorry it has to be this way but if vmax is to continue then I need to police noise levels heavily.

Thanks for your interest.

Craig,

I have a rowing machine somewhere, never used, obviously but it's certainly under the 100db reading.

Do you think if Thomas towed me in that I could cover the beetle in ivy and get McReggie to sneak it past the Gestapo?

Hush Puppy du Nord.

We could tow you on the trailer behind the Cayenne - EVO stylee. How's about that? You'd have to wear aerodynamic pants though to achieve the VMax...

Oggs, would you happen to know whether a standard Chimeara 5.0l will meet the noise tests?

Anyone else know?

No italian kit @ the next event?....That would be a real shame.

Part of the excitment for me @ the events has been the straight line runs upagainst 360 & 360 CS, other Lambo's + the Ford GT etc.

Not quite Italian

GT's are pretty quiet with the standard exhaust

Talking to my colleague from the wrong side of the Pennines, (Heinrich von MOD500), his banzai banana 993tt sounds to have morphed beyond most things known to man...

It would seem that boost levels and some very, very serious engine work, combined with an exhaust system designed by Odin himself, have produced a vehicle of such sublime promise that I'm not sure sufficient dilithium exists to offer up an even theoretical retort.

Some of the figures coming back from the modifiers are little short of alarming.

I think flames are involved!

I need you all to talk to the Father in Law in how to make the Uber-bus into an Uber-Uber-bus.

I wouldn't want his mid-life crisis to go without having properly been stupid. 450bhp is nothing it seems now. I want to see 600bhp.
