Was that in the multi-storey? There was also an Alfa Giulia and a 205 GTi that looked like it had been used properly. My fave was still a BMW though - the M3 GTS they had on display outside the entrance.

Just turned up, thanks anyway.

Assume it's ok to turn up with the mail/smiley on your phone? Haven't got access to a printer now I've left work.

So much whining, such a shame.

Anyway, anyone travelling down the A12 fancy meeting up for a drive there?

That's a shame Mark but given the popularity of the event I'm sure there are some very keen BMW lovers like ourselves willing to step in. Regrettably being 379 currently I don't think I will be in luck !!!!

Anyone know why overnight I have gone up 30+ places just to give me some vague hope I may make the event ?

As the email has been sent out you always get a load that have made plans and forgotten about it so they drop off the list. Quite common to move a lot of places even tonight.

As per the email sent out yesterday, BMW have made 15 parking spaces available together outside for PH members arriving in M5s. This is to tie in with the launch of the new model and have a mini display of our own with examples of all models across the years on the list attending.

It's on a first to arrive basis to get one of these 15 spaces (if of course this floats your boat) and I am arriving early to marshall and assist with the parking for it. So please arrive in good time if you drive an M5 and let me know if you wish to park in this area. Thanks.

I gave up my slot yesterday as I didn't fancy mooching about in a multi-storey car park. Guess I should have read the small print. Really happy that someone else got my spot though!

The majority of the site is multi storey. But well lit.

Venue was a bonus as far as I was concerned. It meant I didn't have to worry about driving 240 miles only to get drenched if it rained.

Currently at 380, if it's still ok to attend on foot I might find somewhere nearby to park and walk in, I'd be really keen to see the new M5 and the line up of previous models. I'll bring a costa coffee and leave the bacon sandwiches alone for those with a space wink Please say on the here if the walk in policy changes!

If 94 of you could kindly make alternative arrangements and remove self from list I'd be most grateful.

On serious note hope everyone takes lots of photos for us that didn't make the cut.
