Cheers Guys. Maybe if I was more of a dictator I'd have an easier life?

Only kidding, keep 'em coming!

Please cast your votes for preferred date (4th or 11th December) and preferred location (Grasshopper in Westerham or The Woodman in Ide Hill)

Can't do the 4th, but the 11th would be a goer

The Grasshopper (I'm told) has better food and a non-gravel carpark, but the Woodman is surrounded by better roads Given the time of year, I'd have to vote for the food at the Grasshopper!

Two local TVR regions have Christmas meals around then, one on Friday 3rd, another of Saturday 4th, so appearances from them might be a little subdued.

Blimey, the food must be bad at the Woodman then! I thought the food at the Grasshopper was very mediocre.

I think the management at the Woodman has changed, we ate there sometime last year and had the full Sunday roast which was quite a good 'un as I recall

ncs would be better placed to comment though being the gourmet he is! (And having used both pubs more than I)

Me & the ankle biters ate at the Grasshopper at the last meet. The cavery thing. Not worth it. Never been to the Woodman.

Can't make the 4th and anyway I feel it not right that I turn up in my Nissan Micra courtesy car!

Would suggest the Woodman, lovely roads around there.

Can't do the 4th (working again), 11th should be ok.

Might even wash the car this time

Rob (Tripps) are you on drugs???

The food at the Grasshopper is utter crap unless you have the carvery - The Woodman is far better & the carpark can take nearly 100 cars.

Im happy to have a chat with the management at The Woodman if people want to go there (11th suits me better)

If the weathers ok & youre good boys & girls we could do a drive after the meet - the local Tivvers know these roads well - Ashdown Forest is nice

Ah well, was a while back so I guess its gone downhill.

I'll use my electoral majority to switch my vote to the Woodman in light of this new information.

Reckon you should head-up any convoy with your courtesy car just to clear up any wildlife that might be around

What? You mean be seen in public in a Nissan Micra? (Assuming I am so lucky to be given such a beast! )

Haven't been poisoned by the food in the Woodman yet ... have been extremely drunk though!

Either date ok, provided work don't throw me another curve ball like they did last time

the 11th would be best for me, my brother and my girlfriend, though im easy as to the venue. very keen to put in an appearance this time after the gutting miss of last time! the 7 is unlikely to make it out though, so expect a visit from my brothers griff and my capri...
