Thanks, Mr Organiser, for sorting out today's little jolly. First time we've been to the Crooked Billet and it's really nice. Shame the weather was a bit crap, but, hey, you can't have everything, can you?

Owen, I will get a ride in the Noble one day; I s'pose I need to know what I've got buy the missus... (I wish)

A few piccies.

I know that feeling!

Amy now wants to trade her 1.2 Clio in for a Clio Trophy!

No problem about the organising I didn't really do much! I'll make a bit more effort next time!

Was nice to meet up again Just wish I had use of a fun car, I'm getting withdrawls specially after seeing lots of nice cars today! Might not even have one for PF now!

Thanks Owen (and Haze for graciously giving up your seat)
Haze, I hope my brother, Skid, didn't scare you too much whilst practicing his drifting technique when exiting any given junction! It was quite entertaining for me, in the car behind you!

Bu*ger! Looks like I missed a great turnout from the Thames Valley

Glad to hear some fun was had, since meeting Obes the other week I am actually planning how to afford a Noble by the time I am 25 - I have actually become a little obsessed....

That was me. Thanks for the note about the light, I was told during the run home about it.

Crikey who brought along that blue people carrier? I looks like it's blocking out the sun compared to the low slung cars in the foreground!

egomeister and I were discussing my ASBO in the pub. He was being polite and saying,

"It's a bit more... well... rounded than the last Focus"

"So you mean it's fat then Steve?"

"Err... yes"

To be fair it was the heaviest car on the day.

Apart from the GT2 which has a rather adequate power advantage.

There were no gripping to the seat moments, so Skid was quite tame!

I reckon it was a power disadvantage in those slippery conditions. Sphincter clenching moments galore !!!!

I'd never realised how similar the Noble is to the Elise It could easily be a Lotus in that shot.

Try and avoid the 13th if you can mate, aiming for the Northants run that weekend
