To be fair it was the heaviest car on the day.

Apart from the GT2 which has a rather adequate power advantage.

I reckon it was a power disadvantage in those slippery conditions. Sphincter clenching moments galore !!!!

Gonna print that out and frame it by my desk.

"See? The ST is better than a GT2, an owner said so!"

Yes I know that's not what you said but let's not allow the truth to ruin a good story

Thanks Owen (and Haze for graciously giving up your seat)
Haze, I hope my brother, Skid, didn't scare you too much whilst practicing his drifting technique when exiting any given junction! It was quite entertaining for me, in the car behind you!

There were no gripping to the seat moments, so Skid was quite tame!

Surprisingly enough, I dont think I have ever been properly sideways, can anyone help me out?

Been in a car whilst it's driver (oggs) was attempting a donut, the driver failed however, though I wont name him in a forum full of people.

Have a word with Skid; after all, the 200SX was designed to go sideways, wasn't it?

Alternatively, take the MX-5 to Le Mans and we'll show you how to donut round the campsite!

The sad thing is you are probably right !! The GT2 really does border on too much for most roads. It's a lot happier on the track or at vmax. I liken it to trying to ride a race horse round the local park ! Let me know if you fancy a demo sometime...

Cheers

Sorry I was'nt able to make this one folks, looks like it was a really good day other than the weather being a bit miserable.

Great selection of cars as well, nice to see the Nissan badge being represented after all !! I'm in the middle of getting parts etc for taking my Skyline up to Stage 2. Hopefully it'll be ready for the next meet as and when it happens.....

I have managed to convince some of the people on my floor that that is indeed next month's cover of Autotrader!
