Just thought weather permitting I might turn up in a different car to the one specified when putting my name down.
Will this make a difference?
Cheers

You can however update what car it says on your booking if you go back the cal

BTW - I mentioned to Stuart on Sunday that for the last SS @ Porsche I tried to remove my nme but it just hid me, I reported it in a post in the thread however this wasn't answered and the next day I could go so deleted it and it didn't matter, but might be worth checking the scripts? You can however update what car it says on your booking if you go back the cal

ETA: If you look at the list for this event.
15. RVIANT
(Richard Viant) Ferrari 360 spider
17. Steve Baker
(Stephen Baker) 997 C2
There's a person sitting pretty at place 16, who has elected to not show his name. So there he is... or isn't

It's a shame there isn't a way of people having the unused tickets,i mean i suspect a lot of people will arrive only one per car, hence having a spare ticket. However another car might contain 3 or 4.
I know you can buy tickets, but would rather put my cash in the charity bucket
I think that most people will arrive 2 up. Based on our experience of Sunday Services, particularly where there's a lot to do besides see other PHer cars, this is the norm.I know you can buy tickets, but would rather put my cash in the charity bucket

@Stuart
I'm sure this has already been thought of, but will you be sending out a gift aid form with the event email so people can complete this (prior to arriving) so Mission Motorsport can claim back the tax?
Meaning that if we give £10 using Gift Aid, it's worth £12.50 to Mission. Wins all round.
Yes, good suggestion. We'll be emailing out details so it would be easy enough to sort this out with them. what I meant when I said is it worth me putting my name on the list is that I have already got tickets for the whole event, so will be there anyway. there are lots of PH'ers who havent got tickets so by not putting my name down I free up a space for some one without tickets.
thanks.
If you've already got tickets, don't put your name down. You can join us in our area if you'd like, but Ferrari owners can park nearer the wing than us anyway.thanks.

Hi Stuart
Great event at Porsche Sunday & Aston Martin Gaydon.
Is this event going to be as loud as the Porsche Sunday when the Endurance races were going on at the silverstone circuit. Thinking of whether to buy some ear defenders for a child age 5.
Thanks
Current (or as near as dammit) F1 cars, so yes ear defenders would be a worthwhile investment I think.Great event at Porsche Sunday & Aston Martin Gaydon.

Hi.
I am gutted - I was quite early putting my name down this time and really looking forward to going, my mate has got his Alfa on the road after many months but both agreed that we have better things to do (as silly as that sounds) so will have to pull my name off. I thought it was unfair on other PH''ers that might miss out on it due to me as it looks like an epic way to spend a Sunday.
Maybe one day... Enjoy it to all who are going.

Cannot beleive the list is nearly at 1000 in just over a day. can anyone confirm if this is the biggest sign up for a SS?
Without a doubt. Porsche (first year) the biggest before that I think. Staggering. We're so grateful to everyone gets up early and brings their cars to these. Gassing Station | Events & Meetings | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
