No problem. The list is to limit numbers and provide others with an idea of what will be there; you'll not be held to your noted vehicle (you always have the option of not listing a vehicle ...). 
But it’s poor form to book a slot and not turn up.
I’m sure Ben will address the other point on behalf of PH- don’t leave as though impersonating Marty Mc Fly trying to reach time travel speed.
There will inevitably be a contingent of social media lovers seeking to video cars leaving and encouraging drivers to make a jump to light speed.
It doesn’t look good for the event nor PH as a brand. There is a speed limit on the exit road and breaching it in a very public way will likely see MBW refusing to let their wonderful venue be used again.
