I seem to recall there being a Ted(ess) there

Would love to pile along again, I will see if I can bring my mate Shaz again. she loved it last time. After, we went to her grans and got photos of her gran sitting in the drivers seat of the Tuscan! cool

As we've got more wimmins on PH these days, I think it would be nice to put some cars and faces to names.

If any of you girlies are interested in having a get together, we can sort out a date and I'll sort out a venue.

Yep i'm well up for that. Where and when? . and are there going to be any hot young 20 something year olds? hehe (although they can't have a faster car then me, that is a requirement nono)

This may come across as a 'sexist' thing to organise but let me assure you it isn't. It is very rare that you find other women who are into cars like the PH ladeees and to be able to chat about cars with other women is refreshing.

Also as there usually aren't too many women at your average car meet sometimes it can be a bit intimidating.

Good time to:

a) stay in
b) eat takeway

I'm sure the missus will have a look and see this, she does browse around on here but doesn't post.

On a serious note, this is indeed a discriminatory post. Swap "Womens" for "whites" and see the outcry. On the other side fo the coin, I can see why the ladies of PH would like an opportunity to get together and in some ways it's no different to say a southwest met or midlands meet.

In a perfect world we can have womens meets and white meets and asian meets and left handedlesbian trombone playing meets as we see fit but since succesive governments have introduced anti discriminatory ("equality" legistlation we can't. sauce for the goose etc.

Hope the meet goes well ladies!

Great idea! I really enjoyed the last one (even if it wasn't strictly ladies only )

Always lovely to catch up with the ladies on here and meet some new faces too.

If you chuck some dates on the first post then I'll let you know if I'm free and keep some weekends free.

I've never been intimidated at any car meets or shows. I have been patronised though once by a man who was suprised that I knew his '59 Cadillac was a V8 hehe

You need to get yourself along to Americana or Goodwood thumbup

The last meet was at Meridan which, according to my sources, is the centre of the World. Err I mean England, so maybe we could do it there again. I know there are some people further south who might want to come along, but maybe can't, and as I'm in Milton Keynes, I'm happy to travel south another time if necessary.

So, how about July? Let's start the bidding with 22nd July (it's a Sunday).

no doubt we'll go round in circles, chuck in a few more choices and come back to the first date we had!!!hehe
