Are you sure you cannot go? Its a once a year thing... priorities ali
As it stands at the moment, no.
Priorities have to be new car and wedding, lifetime things
However, I am not giving up my ticket, and may be able to afford to get there and back with a tent nearer the time if I get a job soon, but as it stands at the moment, I can't afford to go, and certainly not stay in the RV as planned
car before wedding eh?
if you need a tent... then just shout, have plenty
Not necessarily
Thank you !!!

The offer of the RV is still there, I will accept a Red in lieu of the folding stuff!

No seriously, bring a couple of bottles as payment, would be a shame for you to miss it, and I will need at least one adult to talk to!
If any previous years are to go by no-one will be coherent for most of the weekend so get all your talking in, in the first 15 minutes or you'll have no chance
Ali,
What's the main problem? if you've already paid for your ticket, then the rest of the weekend should be fairly cheap.
There are plenty of offers for a tent, we (along with many others) have plenty of sherberts for you to take advantage of, and if you're nice, I'll even cook you a bacon sarnie in the morning
I guess your main problem is going to be getting there?
I'm sure someone can catch you a ride?
All you need to bring are baby wipes, clothes, and some sandwiches/pot noodles?
These events are full of generous people, and there's no need to feel like 'you're putting people out' because from my experience of festivals, people are only too keen to get others involved

I was looking forward to finally meeting you....bring some red wine. I need a drinking partner
If you need a lift I am going there on friday
If you need a lift I am going there on friday
Me too.
The main problem is paying for my share of the RV now, Nigel's offer is exceedingly kind, but I would not feel right about that.
That would be about 250 miles out of your way, but far more comfortable in your new car!!

The problem is that I was going te 'posh' way, in Nigel's RV and now cannot afford to.
Cash for petrol, sherberts, food etc can possibly be sourced from my fiance (if i beg) if I'm still not working by then....
Which just leaves a tent, which has been offered, o accepting Nigel's offer of the RV for Red wine
WHich means, it looks like, I'll be there, one way or another
I love you guys!!
(yes, I'm sober!!)
