Excellent. Some of that might be people above the 700 taking their names off of course, but we don't know that for sure.

Not sure if this has been mentioned or indeed if its happened at other SS's

but have you not considered having a PH stand there selling T-Shirts etc? I know I would probably buy a couple, im sure you would do a good trade.

I'm sure we would. Possibly next year, but our T shirt guys are a print on demand retailer, so not really geared up to run stands in this way. We've done it at Sunday Services in the past though, and actually the trade isn't as raging as you might think.

You can see us wearing shirts from the new range, but part of me thinks that might put people off wink

Hi.

I am just wondering what the rules are regarding a car full? This is my first PHSS and we may have a maximum of three people in the car. (including me)

Is that okay? If not, that is fine. I will still attend. smile

Jaytee 1 car = 2 tickets your other passenger would need to put there name down on the list.

Stuart said:
There are already people putting "+2" on the calendar, so I'll reiterate what the story says:

1. We have a total of 1400 free tickets.
2. We're assuming that one car = 2 tickets, and we have no capacity to keep track of numbers beyond this. So we've capped the list at 700 cars.
3. Under 15s do not require a ticket.
4. If you want to bring more than 2 adults, you will need to sign up for another place.

Not the most efficient way of doing it I realise, but as entry is governed by event tickets and car parking spaces, this is the best way of avoiding having to turn people away on the day.

So, 1 car = 2 adults.

A bit pointless someone signing up now only to not make it into the 700, I thought extra people could pay on the day?

It costs nothing to have your name on the list, and you can pay on the day if you don't make the free list. Might as well be on it then?

Hi Stuart, do you know which gate we'd have to go to, to purchase tickets on the day? Instead of following the ph signs I guess.

Emails will start tomorrow. In summary though; print out attachment for windscreen, turn up between 8 and 11, collect tickets on gate.
