Good day out, lots of lovely stuff to perv at. As with all of these events, almost more stuff to look at in the car park than on display.

Imagine you turn up in a Porsche 959. One of only two Ruby Red cars built. (according to Wiki)

And less that a minutes walk away is..... Another Ruby Red Porsche 959. biggrin

Enjoyed the morning there. Thanks.

Good day out, car park definitely better and more varied than the display areas, just do that next time!

Well marshalled and quick to get in and out, food hideously overpriced, but that's pretty much the norm at car events now.

Overall some of the best cars I've seen together at one show for a long time.

That little silver Daihatsu Mira was ace, car of the day for me.

Was pretty surprised not to see an F40, none kicking about amongst the forumites these days?

Just got home after a great day at Bicester.
Good to catch up with PHers I have met before and say hello to many I hadn't met before.
Everyone was really friendly and so willing to show off their car(s).
Thanks to Ben and the rest of the PH team for organising it. thumbup

£14 for three bits of fried chicken and chips served is something little bigger than a soup bowl was a piss-take - probably why it was the only stand without a queue , but otherwise enjoyable.
As others, car park had plenty of interesting cars - I literally forgot to bring my dakar down!

Carlton was the car of the show for me:

Massive well done to Ben and everyone involved in organising.. had a great time and the organisation (I was lucky enough to be in the Readers Cars area) was second to none.

A small ‘WTF mate?’ to the chap who decided to wander the length of my car while absentmindedly running his hand all the way down it… but otherwise all good and lots of people with lots of questions and compliments.

No reason this shouldn’t be an annual event.. bring it on!

Edit: I hope whoever was involved in the mishap between the DB9 and the Soarer (?) were all unscathed. Cars looked a little bent but hopefully not permanently deceased.

Was a really great event, well done to Pistonheads and thanks for organising!

The car selection was also much more interesting than the Scrambles I've been too.

Had a brilliant day and felt it was great value for money. Much better organised than other events I’ve been to, no queueing to get in or out, parking nice and close and displays all spread out so there was loads of room to walk around and see cars. Some very interesting stuff and nice to see some cars I recognised off the forum. Oh and planes doing loops too.

Well done and thanks to PH team.

Very disappointed tbh. Took less than a couple of hours to see everything (and that included most of the public car park too), and whilst the photos make it look really good, cars seemed to be randomly spotted all over the place.
The big screen didn’t seem to add anything either.
Didn’t feel like it was any better than a normal Sunday Service really, but the best area was the indoor section.
Food overpriced as already mentioned (but think that’s the traders fault) and queues were very long.

£5 or possibly £10 may have made it feel better value, but at £20 (early bird) price it’s nearly the same cost as shows with some live action.

A very well organised event so hats off to you Ben and the rest of the team who made it happen.

I was the owner of the white 106 Rallye and travelling 140 miles each way was horrendous with ITB's rammed up to the bulkhead and no sound proofing but the event made it worth the effort.
