That would be my Boxster S then! Is your Impreza chipped? If it isn't then it might be a closer race than you think!!

Rods - weren't you supposed to be coming down with Marty McMOD500 and myself last time?

Would be a nice little trio for some early morning hooferschnitzel if you could come along...

Your humble Lancastrian Ugnaught.

Looking good Craig
We def. need to organise a group photo across the runway.... I also liked the bits in the videos when all the cars are running down the runway together.

agreed, maybe we'll set aside 5 mins to do a cresent or line up of some sort so everyone can get piccies ?
IIRC, (PS - hello all, stuck in a dungeon at the moment - rightly so, brekky stuff soon), ah yes, IIRC, the steps of the dear old 747 would make a spiffing Aston Vantage point for that sort of japery, perhaps after the familiarity lap?

I'll get 'er indoors on the case.

It was a tad too early last ,should not be a problem this time though if Craig lets me on board.....

Er Hobo, don't you have a T350c? Isn't that good for well over 170?

Yes, top speed is said to be 175+, but the best speed posted before by a 350 was around 165, and I think that was a 4 litre model.

Suspect 160ish is more realistic for myself.

I'm not on the list, this is a bit scary. Do I have to wait a whole week for Craig to get back to find out if it's just an oversight.
Do think I can drive having bitten my nails down to the wrists!

True - I'll probably be last still - I'm looking at the list and clutching at straws

Look forward to seeing you there!

Nah, I'll be last of all - I last spectated at something like vmax II and vowed that I'd thrape my panzerwagen up the runway at the next opportunity. There was lots of nice metal, but a reassuring number of less-exceptional cars there.

Anyway, now is that next opportunity and the average tin box attending Brunters has become much more rarified since then, so I'm very much the trailer-park-mom of this gathering.

But hey - a man has to know if that speed limiter exists, and where, right?
