I'll admit this is something I wasn't aware of and the venue has not raised it as a concern either. Firstly I'd say our event is not a car cruise, nor is it taking place in a public space. But I'll raise it and see what they say, thanks.

Reading the document the only issue looks to be be cars queuing to enter the premises otherwise everything else is on the drivers to behave as per usual.

Save the date – 11th December

I'm excited to announce that our final Sunday Service of the year will be at Thruxton on the 11th December. We'll be repeating the format from 2019 so no track time I'm afraid but we'll have Mission Motorsport running the skid pan again.
