Based on my experience of the car at the last vmax I'd say Fast/Fooking Fast!

Don't know, I guess slightly faster than a normal RTurbo as it's lighter.

Esprit GT3 price new: £39,450
My esprit is actually a V8-GT, which listed at £49,950 when new. BTW autocar figures were 4.1 to 60 and 9.5 to 100mph

For my 993tt, info. is not easily available for the acceleration figures - there's been a big discussion on Rennlist forums on figures for the upgraded porkers and they came to the conclusion that official figures aren't available. Best I can do is estimates:

Torque - dunno
0-60 - 4.0 secs
0-100 - 8.5 secs
Top speed - 300 kph - 187 mph
Price new - about £100k

Hey guys I noticed an Esprit is going this year.... (Rob.E) can you guys get some good video footage of the Esprit for me? I'm over in the USA, so I won't be able to make it hahaha.

I'm going to be buying an Esprit v8 shortly and I've love to see some footage of it!!!! If anyone can burn me a video cd or email me I'd be glad to compensate them for it. [e-mail]

Will be real interesting to compare mine with your car Nel: as yours is the factory 450, where as mine is the factory 430 with Techart sports exhaust and hi-flow cats...which is meant to give another 20 bhp so Tech 9 say. Have a safe trip over.
