RE: Wilton House Classic and Supercars 2013
Discussion
"As is traditional at Wilton House, PHers will be able to park in our own dedicated PH parking area away from the masses. Up to five hundred PHers can park in the PH area creating a Sunday Service atmosphere within the show. As per usual, you'll need to sign up on the calendar to take advantage of this; the spaces will be allocated on a first come- first served basis. Nearer the event we will email all those on the list with a logo to print out and display on your dashboard as you arrive."

I should just add - unlike other PH Sunday Service events, WCS is not limited by parking spaces. The PH section of 700 cars may well be full, however there is still plenty of parking available on site for those who don't end up in amongst the PH section. Nobody need miss out on the event itself.HTH
P.S. discounts for advance ticket sales end on 12th July - get yours here: http://www.wiltonclassicandsupercars.co.uk/tickets...
Hi, I'm new on PH and it's my first post in here. It also be my first time on Wilton House Supercars.
I'm an amateur car photographer and when i had a look at photos from last year i saw that people are stay behind some line and there was only few who could walk around the cars. Do i need any special permission to cross that line and walk around the cars ?
And can everyone get into PH car park ?
I booked Premium Ticket already if that change anything.
Sorry for my not the best english

Ropes/fences are there to keep the cars safe and make it easy for everyone to get a good look without people crowding all around the cars. Anybody on the other side of the fence is either a) a supercar owner, b) event staff, or c) authorised press.
The PH car park is a special area for members of Pistonheads to park together, however ANYBODY can walk to it and look at the cars.
I hope you have a great time with us!
P.S. For anybody else yet to buy tickets, TODAY is the last day of discounted advance prices.
Why not save yourself the price of a beer?
You could buy a beer with it!

For the PH parking, is it the first 500 to turn up, or first 500 on the list? I'm about 750th or so, only recently saw the event, would be nice to park in there, and I'd imagine a fair few drop outs!
The way it's usually done is that PHHQ email all the people on the list with something to present at the gate, which grants them access to the PH car parking area. However, unlike other PH Sunday Service events which may take over a venue's total capacity, WCS is not limited by parking spaces. The PH section of 700 cars may well be full, but there is still plenty of parking available on site for those who don't end up in amongst the PH section. Nobody need miss out on the event itself.

About time I popped the Wilton cherry!
Hi RochesterTVR, great to see an 'old' name coming About time I popped the Wilton cherry!
I'd organise a Kent/South East run to Wilton myself, but I've got a little bit much on my plate already. Basically, you'd start at Clackett's at 06:30 and take the M25/M3/A303 route - the 'fast' option. Or, start half an hour earlier and take the scenic/countryside option by zipping down the M23/A23, then heading West on the A272 literally all the way to Winchester, whereupon you'd take the A34 up to the A303, and then carry on West from there. Just off the top of my head. I can't help myself.

Cheers for the route - i'll get a few people together.
I'll come say hi on the day if you're not too tied up.
