Otherwise, a large scale rethink will have to be done on my part .. maybe including a homemade Vmax: on-foot

Sorry mate, but VMAX is strictly drivers and their passengers ONLY. If you simply turn up to the venue hoping to get in, then I'm afraid you'll be bitterly disappointed. Sadly this was due to a bunch of idiots at a previous event who made it very difficult for us; given the logistics involved with such an event we simply cannot afford to take risks.

Sorry if this stance appears somewhat draconian, but thats how it is.

I am Neil's (Neil_Cardiff) passenger Although we live at opposite ends of the country so that's why I'm trying to find a spare seat to save myself from the dreaded public transport - rather give beer tokens to a PHer than fund a pathetic public transport network
