oh i know the diablo series well...usualy watching some poor sap trying (in vain) to pitch it in the rain with the inner getting wet while his missus sits in the car with trhe kids hehe i'm more a outer first/can pitch solo chap

& might well sleep 6 - but can you stand up in the bedrooms? or use it as a car garage?

Tho our Normandy has served us well for the past 3-4 years

*Tentheads - pitching matters

Mines only going to be a small 2 person tent. I'm hoping that I still fit in it, its been a while since I've slept in it and I have grown a bit since then

Have you? Does that mean I need to upgrade my Rental transit to a 7.5 tonne to carry the provisions in.

My first outing with it was to the MGCC International weekend at Silverstone last year. I don't actually know if you can stand up in the bedrooms (although I'm pretty sure you can) as I was on my own, so didn't really need more than the lounge!

I was pretty chuffed with getting it up solo in under an hour

And yes, I could park the car in it, except the door has a lip which would get in the way!

I'm renting a 'family' tent which should be tall/spacious enough for wheelchairing inside it.

Volunteers to point and laugh while I try to put it up are most welcome.

Only if you point and laugh when I get sea sick after a 2 hour stint wobbling about in a 2CV.

But of course! I might even contrive to locate some nourishment for our noble drivers or something.

Pah! wait until you see my Airzone Condor, unroll it, connect the CO2 bottle, pull the trigger and 'pfft', it's up in a few seconds with nothing more to do. 12' x 11' x 7'.
