Little ray of happiness you are?
Belgium is a total sthole to drive in. Both in drivers ability and the police. France unfortunately is going the same way.
People post similar all the time on here but give me Belgium and its drivers any day over France and if someone’s going to cut you up it will be the Dutch! Belgium is a total sthole to drive in. Both in drivers ability and the police. France unfortunately is going the same way.
But let’s be realistic they’re all better than a large percentage of British drivers and roads.

That’s the irony. Most roads, including war zones are in better condition than ours! En route to the classic this year I was astonished that even the minor roads were in good nick. Mind you, they don’t have to cope with the level of traffic ours do? But let’s be realistic they’re all better than a large percentage of British drivers and roads.

corrected for you - but at least there were some lovely older ones... Did like the parking outside Singer
For me the best area was the readers cars, but the lighting in the hanger was appalling, which was a shame.
Rare and exotic had some really interesting cars and it was great to chat to the owners.
Saloons, hot hatches , not my cup of tea, but there really seemed to be a lack of cars on display, but then walking the car park was brilliant, like the scramble used to be, if you ignored 911, 911, 911 oh something interesting, 911, 911...
Why all the bad press aimed at 911s, there were lots there indeed, at a petrolhead meet, possibly there's a good reason why For me the best area was the readers cars, but the lighting in the hanger was appalling, which was a shame.

Lucky you didn't go to Le Mans Classic, you'd have hated it there were about 950 parked up there

Great display but to echo the others, the public carpark was just as good.
Here are some of my favourites:
Thanks for the great pics! Would you mind if I used the one of my STI for my Instagram? Here are some of my favourites:

Did someone mention there was an entry photographer? Where do I find the pics if so? Thanks
It was mentioned , blue pig events, but their website is from the 80s and I couldn’t see anything when I looked…https://www.bluepigphoto.co.uk/f664318187
Thank you so much to Ben and the team, I go to many coffee and car events and shows, and I thought it was great! especially for a first show! £20 was absolutely fine to me considering the organisation, hiring the location, and public insurance. All costs add up. I had a great time. I was on display in the saloon section in the black RS6 performance. Loved chatting to the owner of the green M5 and the white E63 and to anyone approaching me for a chat when I was at my car. I kind of wished I stayed at my car more, then I could have chatted to more members of PH, anyhow, I was way too busy enjoying looking at everyone else's cars. My only want was that I wish there were more trade stands or even an auto jumble. I was just itching to buy stuff to take away, in the end I bought some Gin and some ale from the wriggly monkey brewery.
I know I've only got 5 posts but I've actually been a member for 20 years, always frequenting the news section! (I lost my old login a few years ago)
Hope to come again next year if it happens!

he has a point, £25 for a digital download and whilst the picture quality is great the composition is meh, is quite frankly taking the piss
Price is a little toppy, I agree.Compositon wise? Its a pic of you arrivng at an event, so tricky to make it look much better, but I do get the point you make.
Im torn, I enjoyed the day, the pic with the banner is a nice reminder of a great day out.....but... lol
