Beaulieu Meet 24th February 2013
Discussion
Hi Shirley,
We asked Beaulieu about a pro photographer but we would have to pay as it becomes commercial if the photos were then sold on. So unless some kind sole will do it for free for you lucky 42 it will have to be your own cameras. There will be lots of us taking pictures of everyones cars so between us we should get some great shots to share.
Rashman even if the weather is not good you are welcome to bring another car and still come for the meet as it will still be a great day.
Tomtomst I have put you down for photos

Hi Ben,
Yes it is a big Car Park, it should be a pay and display but I have got permission from the New Forest County Council for us to use it for free. Jamie will be there from 8.00am, the cafe will be there from that time too for hot drinks etc and they aim to leave at 9.30. Have you got the post code for it.

Hi Tom,
You are a very lucky person as I have just received a PM from someone who had a ticket for the photos but is now going as a passenger so no longer requires it, so I have put your name down for it. Hope that has brought a smile to your face. Bikes are also fine but as it is a car show Beaulieu may not let you in for the reduced price, if you wish to take a bike PM me and I will have to call Beaulieu tomorrow to check.

Hi Tom.
Andy from Beaulieu has just E Mailed me and confirmed that bikes are welcome at the reduced price.
Hope this helps
I have put you down for the photo op at the Palace House (the last one infact) so i don't know if that makes a difference to your choice of transport on the day.
Look forward to meeting you

Hi Steve,
Thanks very much, you are most welcome. If you go on to the main calendar and go onto the date you can add your name on to the main list and put plus two cars in the comments. I will include you anyway if not.
(My fav car is an E Type, so that will make me on the day. There is something about them, think they are a stunning car. Happy Days)

Hi Wilwak
Yes there is information but its a few pages back.
There are going to be 2 meeting points.
1 at lyndhurst and the other at Rownhams services on the west bound M27
Jamie will be at Lyndhurst from about 8am and we have got a local cafe to sell tea, coffee and bacon rolls etc in the car park and Tommy Wareham and his friend will be meeting with their Koeniggsegg and Zonda. We will leaving for Beaulieu at about 9:30am
At Rowhams services we have arranged for Dave (speculatore) to meet in his DB9 from 8:30am and will be leaving at 9:20 am to arrive there for about 9:45. I will be at Beaulieu to welcome everyone. The reason for this is 2 fold as we can arrive all together in style and also we are using the main gate so it prevents messing the Beaulieu staff about opening and closing.
The post code for the car park is SO43 7NY
If you need any more information then please ask.

Do we pay on the door?
Yes, As we drive through the gates there will be staff taking payment (£12 adult and £7 for children). We have been asked that it would be appreciated if people could have the right money as it will speed up the entry process, but they will have card machines if needed.Hope this helps
