Correct. You can leave it blank in future if you think you may have a vehicle change at the last minute.

Oh OK, great. Think I'm actually going to delete myself off the list as my mate is going too and it seems a touch unfair to take up an extra space when we can both go in the same car.

Hi anybody know what the behind the scenes thing is; is it just the view from the balcony or is there more to it now?

Stratford-upon-Avon to Cheltenham via Broadway is lovely on a clear run, or hang a left at Broadway, up to Stow-on-the-Wold and on to the A40 at Burford. Cracking run, beats the M40.

For anyone arriving from the M1, if you get off at Daventry and then take the A361 towards Banbury there is a crossroads at Badby. Turn right at the crossroads and head for Priors Marston then on to Southam. Fantastic road for a Sunday morning drive. From Southam you can take the Fosse Way to Gaydon.

What's the procedure here? Do we need a printout? Has anyone received the confidentiality agreement mentioned in the article?

I'm leaving early tomorrow morning to head for the Midlands and staying overnight so I don't have the facilities for last minute paperwork.

Just received all the info. So check your junk mail if you have not got it.

Question about brekkie. Will it be in the staff canteen like previous years ?

I asked about the same and haven't got an answer.

Would there be a detailed schedule of the morning? Like is there a tour where everybody has to be together at a certain place at a certain time etc?

There will be 4 of us, including an 8 yr old. Do all the adults need a confidentiality form?

Heads up to anybody going the Gaydon junction (J12) of the M40 is going to be closed so you'll need to come off at a different junction
This is still closed? It's a 20-mile diversion, I think, if you carry on to the next junction to turn around and get off the other side of J12.
Source on the closure for Sunday? Information I have from the contractor carrying out the J12 works says nothing about any slip road closures on Sunday 22nd. Southbound slip roads will be closed during the day on Monday, same arrangement as today. EDIT: see list of closures here: http://www.highways.gov.uk/roads/road-projects/m40...

Your best bet, if you are coming a long way, is to check with Traffic England and/or BBC Travel to confirm - as said, it's a long detour if it doesn't work out in your favour.

Also caution to anyone using the Fosse Way, there are speed cameras at various points!

I'm afraid it's a case of 'if all else fails, read the instructions'!
I've just done that and it says 'all participants'.
Shame I didn't read that first!
