Yeah, Please post up pics of all the Dodge Vipers there biggrin
The main event was pre ‘89 and because there was so much to see, we didn’t get chance to walk round the post ‘89 car park.

There was a nice standard looking one one at the free-to-attend Hartley Wintney meet though.

I went with a mate early on who’s a member so cost me nowt to get in. He got his own back as his TR3A packed up and I had to push it. I decided to rejoin as I live in Cobham and may well volunteer for some stuff. A great event and quite honestly I’ve never had a bad experience when I’ve been there. Get bored with the cars look at the aircraft. Get bored with them go to the clubhouse and have some beer. Something for everyone. Was anyone affected by the burning BMW on the Byfleet Road?

Looks like they still haven't fixed the car park? Last time I went, was heavy rain and a fair section of it was unusable as flooded.

Some lovely cars, may attend next year.

It is. Z3. Done very well tbh. Had a good chat with the owner. Decent bloke. He’s off to Bicester today with some nice Porkers iirc.

We went this year as well, in the Elan JPS. Always nice to see the huge collection of cars that turns up.

Long may Brooklands charge as it helps to keep number to a manageable level. Instead of moaning & expecting everything for nothing make a commitment to the long term survival of the museum it's priceless exhibits & artefacts & become a member.
You have only to witness the dreadful overcrowding at Goodwood Breakfast Clubs to understand what happens when you give something away & all the tight-wads turn up & probably don't buy even buy a coffee.

I'm not sure your reasoning holds true given that there was a massive turn out for the New Years day event and people were being turned away biggrin
