Thanks - A nice pic of my Chimaera!http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.101506960...
Thanks to all at Pistonheads for a cracking event and also to fellow Pistonheads members for bringing all their beautiful cars and taking so many pictures of them! I was in the E-Type (VHN 112F) and it looks like some of you enjoyed it and thanks for all the pictures of it!
But that F40 was something else, wow! I have never seen one of them in my life, let alone heard one, sent shivers down my spine! Then there was also the Lotus Carlton, 458, Nobles, Ultima GTR and of course the Gullwing going round the track!
Best Sunday Service I have ever been to I reckon. Absolutely tremendous!
Cheers all,
Graham

I think it is rather nice to see a different perspective as there are lots of other posts with loads of pics. An alternative view is always good Mike Rob said:

Necessary? No, it wasn't.
Personally I thought they were great pics. Love a bit of automotive detail.
Thanks for positive feedback re the pics, I appreciate not everyone would like them however as I had lots of pics that were very similar to images already posted I would share something slightly different.Personally I thought they were great pics. Love a bit of automotive detail.

As someone who enjoys taking photographs of cars... I personally enjoy taking (and seeing) detail shots for variety, and at a car show where you can't control the location of the car (i.e. can't control the background and light angle, have people milling around, cars parked close together) it can be hard to get a full car shot that doesn't just look a bit meh. Plus strong sunlight, like on Sunday, somewhat sucks for full car shots - I've been impressed with a lot of the shots posted here. I can understand if detail shots don't float your boat, but your comment was a little rude.Anyways, a handful from my most recent uploads of meh and arty farty shots following on from my previous bunch...
Zagato AC 378 GT
Ferrari F40
Detail on a Lada Niva
Ferrari 458 Italia
Lotus Exige S1
Lancia Fulvia Rallye 1.6 HF
Nissan GT-R

Now I do like this one - can you photoshop the chap out?
Bit tricky to do as OldSkoolRS showed... so what I've done instead is built a time machine, travelled back in time, and tripped the chap up just as he was about to head around there...Ferrari F40
Bit of a crude edit in places - but hopefully not too obvious unless someone's looking for it!
