OK, reality time, failing a lotto win I definitely won't be at PF this year

Spose someone had better take my logo away then...

I was about to do the whole "come on, a weekend in a tent is hardly expensive" thing... That was before looking at your profile and factoring in the travel costs! laugh

I've just spent an hour looking at my forthcoming finances... If I can't find a copilot it'll have to be either PF or Le Mans I'm afraid! cry Looks like I might have to wait another year to pop my PF cherry... I don't like it. I'll still do all I can to attend, but it may be wise not to.

I'm not sure if i can make it either now! What with starting my new job, hopefully i'll manage to get the weekend off, but i'll have to come down on the Saturday as i'm in Sunderland on the Friday - unless i can pursuade them to let me go on the Thursday.....

If i can get the time off i'll be there Saturday afternoon in my new purchase (with a bit of luck - should be anyway)

cry

Now its me who can't make it cry

Due to the young puppy we have, we've decided its not fair to subject it to a potentially hot, noisy environment (and thats just the beer tent). Seeing as SWMBO is an RSPCA vet and all, we can't really be leaving young dogs in cars or tents, never mind if it was warm and sunny

Additonally, tents and devil dog razor sharp claws don't mix, and would be a nightmare.

So I'm afraid that I have to bow out of spewing up outside of JonRBs tent again, and I was so looking forward to harrasing everything on the track in my 316i

Even worse, I'm gutted to not be catching up with everyone again...

Sorry chaps and chappeses.

We've chatted to a couple of our family, but they are either doing something themselves that weekend, or wouldn't be able to effectively look after such a bundle of energy for the weekend.

Its really gutting, and annoys me considerably, but I guess thats what becomes of having to be responsible these days...

Ask msv, but i think you'll find it a dog free zone. There are a couple in the racing club that use a kennel nearby so they can look after there showdogs and still enjoy the weekend. I can ask them for details if it would help.

Can't belive that : £35 down the pan aswell, unless anyone wants my ticket?
That said.. it's not actually arrived yet.
