Eight weeks until the PH party

BTaP is just a couple of months away so here are some additional details

There are only eight weeks left until the PH 15th birthday party, will you be celebrating with us? If you haven't booked your place yet, do so quickly to avoid disappointment.

It promises to be a great evening including a raffle with some fantastic prizes, a bar (of course), some great music and finally being able to put a face to a username.

The menu is, as ever, mouthwatering:

Starters
Pea and Ham Hock soup with baked cheese croutons

Pea and Mint soup with baked cheese croutons (v)

Main Courses
Venison with Butternut Squash pie and Caramelised Onion, served with gravy

Mushroom and Spinach pie with Hazelnuts and White Truffle Oil, with a white wine sauce (v)

Desserts
Apple and Sultana Crumble with ginger ice cream, and a drizzle of créme anglaise
