PH25 Anniversary Party - Bicester Heritage 12th August
Discussion
Join us at Bicester Heritage in August to celebrate our 25th anniversary with an event like no other! You can read more details here, and register your interest here to be the first to know when our pre-sale goes live
Works fine for me? Adding complete link in here https://link.pistonheads.com/join/63g/ph25
Thanks for all of the interest in the event. Everyone who signed up by midday yesterday should have received the pre-sale email to get their tickets. Worth doing the usual thing of checking junk/spam just in case.
General sales will launch on the PH homepage tomorrow and the early bird rate will run until 31st March so don't worry and there's still plenty of tickets to go around

I've had a little dig and found the following:

How do you buy the tickets can't see anything on their website?
It looks like you put your email address into the form to register your interest, but didn't tick the box to receive the emails.JRC1 said:
Looks like a possible issue with the e-mails going out as like many on here I signed up weeks ago for the register your interest but yet to receive any e-mail (nothing in junk/spam either).
When do we find out if our cars have been approved/selected for the submitted category?
Cheers
Something fell over in our automation which meant you didn't receive the email, but check your inbox as this is now fixed When do we find out if our cars have been approved/selected for the submitted category?
Cheers

No email here either despite being amongst first to register interest.
Given I receive all the regular PH emails it can't be an address issue so more likely one of those human things cocking stuff up.
It doesn't look like your attempt to register worked as there's nothing on your profile to suggest you filled out the form. In any case, I'll drop you a PM!Given I receive all the regular PH emails it can't be an address issue so more likely one of those human things cocking stuff up.

Booked, will bring the E39 M5 as it's in the date range requested.
No TVR Cerbera wanted, so not worth getting it out bobski1 said:
Ben, am I right to assume each ticket would have its own barcode? So if I order tickets for people coming from different ends of the country I can split the PDF e-tickets so they can print/download on their phone or do you get a PDF per ticket?
Yep exactly, all tickets will have the same booking reference on but each barcode is unique.LewG said:
Have bought 2 tickets for myself and intend to bring the Ferret if it's running OK, is it simply a case of buy ticket and turn up or is there more to it than that? Cheers
Of course! It looks like you've applied for the Readers' Cars display area - we'll be reviewing those applications late April/early May to will keep you posted on that. But otherwise yes it's just a case of turning up to enjoy the day!snoopy25 said:
Looking to get some tickets to this, can I ask how big an event this is? Is it normally very busy?
We've limited the event to 5k adult tickets and we're well on our way to selling out. This was the capacity at the January Scramble if you went, which had a really nice feel to it without feeling overcrowded.chris.t said:
No Porsche 718 GT4 listed as a display car??
Apply under 981 GT4 in the track car category, I'm sure we can find a space for you TheAngryDog said:
Hey Ben - I applied for the Reader's Rides section, does the email that I received stating my car didn't make the cut cover the Reader's Rides, or was that for the main display only?
If it does cover Reader's Rides, then I have to say I'm a bit disappointed given the interest around my car in the thread, and also being told by Scrump that my car would be included.

I’ve got adult tickets for self and mrs
It’s a possibility that our 11 year old granddaughter might be able to attend do I need another ticket and if so can you please send me the link?
Under 16s are free but still require a ticket, so worth getting one from here https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/pistonheads-25th-an...It’s a possibility that our 11 year old granddaughter might be able to attend do I need another ticket and if so can you please send me the link?

is that gates open at 9am? is there anywhere to stop if arriving slightly early? coming from a distance so there is a potential to arrive really early or really late.
Yes gates officially open at 09:00 for the event, there's a couple of Starbucks nearby if you're super early.Mannginger said:
Hi folks
I bought 2 tickets but my buddy now can't come up with me as the lucky boy is picking up a new car in the morning. Can he then drive up and join in his own car? I can't recall if the tickets were per person and per car or just per person in which case he should be fine? The tickets themselves don't offer any insight (unless I'm missing something).
Tickets are per person so you can send him one to use, no problem I bought 2 tickets but my buddy now can't come up with me as the lucky boy is picking up a new car in the morning. Looking forward to this weekend, but for those coming from the North they might want to allow extra travel time. It seems the M42 will be closed for 3 days this weekend.

That's a fantastic effort!
For context, is six thousand the capacity for the site and what would be commonly experienced at the popular Sunday Scramble?
Why thank you. It's the capacity we set with traffic management, toilets, caterers etc and not wanting the venue to be too crowded. There was supposedly 6,000 people at the Scramble in January and that had a really good feel to it. I think the absolute max capacity for the venue is 10,000.For context, is six thousand the capacity for the site and what would be commonly experienced at the popular Sunday Scramble?
