Well blimey, that's quite a lot and quite quickly as well! Thanks to all of you for showing your interest, lots of familiar names I'm pleased to see and lots of new ones too.

Just to make sure everyone's clear, I'm calling time on this at 150 names.

That figure is based on the assumption that when I call a date a number will drop out, and that when the day comes we have the usual rate of attrition.

Following on from the idea by "AndWhyNot" on the south coast runs, I would like to volunteer to setup camera at one maybe two points along the route and photo people "in motion" on the road. I am sure once any route(s) have been sorted there will be some fabulous places along it for this to be done...

Just back from doing the Gumball Rally.

No updates yet, I have a lot of other things to sort before I can work on this but trust me (I'm sure those that know me will) I haven't forgotten about this event.

Sequence of events -


1 - Buy diary
2 - Go through e-mails, messages, texts etc and input events to diary
3 - Find remaining empty Sundays
4 - Pick best one
5 - Release date of Kent Run.


Meanwhile -

1 - Organise Gumball Rally
2 - Organise another big event (more to be revealed hopefully this week)
3 - Attend various events I need to be at
4 - See friends and family that I shamefully neglected while working 20 hour days before the recent Gumball
5 - Get car MOT'd (after a few necessary additions)

There's very little to do in terms of planning this run guys, I've done more recce than I can remember so the route's no issue, just gonna try to get a date set and pick from a couple of end point options and we're good to go.



Good things come to those who wait, but there's nothing stopping you from going on your own little blasts every Sunday morning as well
