The big oval housing covered in oil isn't that the oil filter pretty sure it is or not?
A housing would be a housing.A filter would be a filter.
I see no filter in any photo you've posted.
But I would also have a huge distrust of main dealers and their servicing. I cannot really understand why they do not service vehicles properly, but it does seem commonplace.

TBH as many have said above it is difficult to say.
Many places suck the oil out through the dipstick hole & if the suction tube isn't in right you could easily miss a litre or so & then it won't look any different.
Knowing how dirty diesels are I would only ever change oil with the car on an incline to make the sump drain as low as practical & will then run through a few litres of oil through from the filler & then the oil filter to get the waste as clean as possible before refilling with fresh & doing this it stays cleaner for much longer.
I buy my oil in 20/25 litre drums, so the saving is big enough to not have an issue wasting a few litres every service.

There is a youtube Project Farm video, the man heats engine oil in a beaker and it turns from yellow and translucent to black and opaque in minutes. Blackness isn’t an indicator of freshness or lack thereof if it’s been run at temperature in an engine. If you are really suspicious, you could have sent the oil away to be tested by a lab.
Haven’t done it myself, but a quick search shows up places like this:

Whilst the man has millions of views, I'd take many of his tests with a huge pinch of salt.Haven’t done it myself, but a quick search shows up places like this:

They often have zero relevance to reality or actual use or function of a product. Some of the fuel, spark plug etc etc tests in a lawnmower, are just plain ridiculous and must be for comedic value only.
