1989 VW Transporter 1.9 Campervan Issues

Hey everyone,

A friends is having an issue with the carb 1.9 VW mentioned in the title. When driving on a cold engine, the car struggles to idle and the engine stalls without throttle. Also, the engine was recently rebuild.
