I am just doing a bit of research and the webber/elderbrook carb/manifold kits seem quite cheap..I just wondred if there would be much power gain over the standard RV8 efi..

V8 tuner.com..i think they were £500 inc vat and all bits and bobs and air filter.
The trouble with the efi set up is they do tend to go out of tune, carbs are much simpler...
I will wait till i get to the top end i think and make a decision then,;confused: got to re-shell it first.smash

How do you work this out?
Electronic parts dont move, the only things that could be wrong maybe the TPS settings and the like.

A carb has things to wear, vibrate loose
ok fair point, lets just say they are a bit easier to set up.
