A little help required

I am at university sutdying motorpsort and powertrain engineering. We have been set a task to design and build from scratch a radio controlled car. The only components that are allowed to be bought in is an engine, exhaust and radio gear.
My question is does anybody have a .15 nitro engine or knows somebody that could help us out with one(owns a model shop etc)? The radio gear etc is not a problem just looking for the cheapest engine avalible.
