A remap and wortec exhaust for you car is £1470 fitted. Power increase is in the order of 30+bhp for the map and 20+hp for the exhaust,so over 400hp for the lot.... but most noticeably and improved throttle response as well as a better spread of torque, plus of course, the noise that comes with the exhaust - superb!

Hope that answers at least 2 of your questions.

Thanks for that Roger. It's definitely something I'm considering doing when the car has it's first service in Feb. Before then I'll try to get along to gathering so I can hear the exhaust (Mrs Rocket doesn't want it tooooo loud!)

Cheers,

I have an 04 CV8 with a wortec system. long tube headers, no cats straight thro center boxes, and no rear box at all. Have CAI and wortec remap to suit. Results are very good, sounds stunning. Quiet at cruise and idle and front row at a Motorhead concert at WOT/redline. Absolutely recommend it. AP brakes next.
Whats really impressive is that even without the cats, it still passes MOT gas test. So dont be afraid to junk the stupid things, they just cost you power!
