If you haven't got a wideband yet the new Innovate MTX comes with a digital gauge for same price as the LC1, so is a no brainer. I think all the guts are inside the gauge. Its also supposed to be a big step up in accuracy etc. Though Ive not tried one yet.
I already have my LC1 that I picked up. Still needs fitting but why fit a gauge to do just the AFM when you can have many more on constant display??
there is an iphone app called fourstroke , it’s about 5£ or so plus you can buy a wifi 327 obd 2 plug about 12£ ish , the info is gives you is considerable , you can’t tune with it but you can monitor , this if you want can be put onto a apple pad/tablet and be put on display some where , it is a mod that is not uncommon on subaru’s but it is a much easier process on the v8 as the obd is compatible compared to the subaru where it has subaru specific software , don’t know if that helps , if you are talking about tuning i’m sure others more in the know will come along and advise

What can you do with this software? Is it just monitoring?
Have a look here:https://torque-bhp.com/wiki/Main_Page

I use a cheap ebay bluetooth device on Android using Torque:- https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bluetooth-Adapter-Scann...
NOTE: Some of the cheap adapters are far longer/different shape than the linked one I use and you may have under dash clearance issues - mine is fine for a 2009 car.
Torque is a great app. You can read/reset ECU fault codes, monitor various data points, create your own displays - turbo boost, speed, GPS bearing , G-meter, graphs etc. Displays are very configurable - bars, half dials, full dials, digital etc. Using some of the plugins, you can even video record and overlay the data and maps too if required.
Torque also switches on bluetooth on your phone and turns it off when you quit. I've found it by far the easiest to connect too.
I also use Dash Command (good but harder to pair with - bluetooth on/off not automatic and connection a bit hit and miss sometimes) and have installed Harry's Lap Timer (but yet to try fully - ideal for track days).
Here's some random Torque screenshots:
