My money is on Paul (Pah250).
Cheers for the confidence vote mate, but the gearbox swap I had to do means I have the regular 5th gear ratio once again, which means I'll hit the limiter in 5th before I cross the finish line. I don't think changing up to 6th will do much.R8Black - looking at your mods (cam, full exhaust, OTR, custom tune) then I'm guessing your N/A setup is fairly similar to mine, albeit that I have only the 5.7 and I guess your cam is more extreme and your headers are 4-1 as opposed to my tri-Y. Maybe a few side by side runs could be entertaining and hopefully I'll be able to stay close to you along the mile as neck and neck racing is always more fun.

That's rubbish for you mate- I'm really sorry to hear that . I was genuinely looking forward to seeing how you came on with your set up.mikeyb1987 said:

(I'm using a Camaro ZL1 5th, which states it's .709...which I'd wager is the same!)
But you're still coming right? Want to see the Banana (if I dont see it sooner - it's at WP this week Paul?)
ETA - Yes Rich Tremec were very helpful. Proved it worked last year - was a few mph down on terminal speed compared to bouncing off the limiter in '12, but nowhere near the limit (and didn't have the legs to get there)

Yeah I'd guess they are probably the same cogs (I'm using a Camaro ZL1 5th, which states it's .709...which I'd wager is the same!)

I'm definitely going. Hotel booked, leaving work early on the Friday. Even if I have to take the Enterprise Corsa 1.2 I'll be there (I'll slap a VXR badge on the back of it to fool Dougie!)
The banana is at WP first thing in the morning (which means I have to set off in about 5 hours time ). I pick it up again on Thursday all being well.
