Plenty available for the left pillar...

Dead set on it being in the pillar? It can be put in the instrument cluster bezel quite tidily.

I have a housing and possibly the gauge itself that used to be fitted to my VT GTS on the drivers side

No idea if it will fit a Monaro but first person to want it can have it if they wish. There is probably some wiring for it as well.

Personally I think it would look better if you put a boost gauge where the gauges go on a vxr ie above the climate control.

I totally agree with you guys thats why i have two scan gauges in the pod;)
