K & N Filter

Bought a K & N Filter today... must say, quiet impressed at the performance improvement it gave to the V6. Going to have to have a look at one for the Monaro, and see what difference it makes.. although, not sure i like the idea of keeping the same filter for 1 million miles. You are spose to clean it every 50k miles... even that seems a little high for me. The last filter lasted only something like 25,000 km, let alone miles..

The part number is 33-2116.... and initial thoughts are that it an awesome piece of kit.. £49 but shop around, halfords rip you off big time. I got mine from motoworld, but I have a contact at K & N who can tell you were you can order it from.

See, not sure if it is the same one as the v8... might be... haven't had a close enough look yet. Lots for me to learn over the next couple of months..
