Paint problems, not happy with Vauxhall calling me a liar

I have seen posts before regarding the area of paint which is damaged by the centre of the rear spoiler rubbing on the top of the boot lid (6.0 VXR).

I understand from my local dealer that Vauxhall won’t even come out and look at my car as they say this is caused by the boot being closed by pushing down on the spoiler. I have never closed my boot by this method, but the paint is through to the primer/undercoat.

Has anyone had this successfully repainted for free under warranty?

What experiances do you have with this issue?

So... Has anyone had their car re-painted under waranty by Vauxhall? I am still to receive a reply from anyone who it seems, has managed to claim for this.
