Sounds like TMS have done the same and ordered an extra one. Then of course they have another one arriving soon because they have just sold their unique demonstrator to some lucky sod.

Then again, if you really wanted a Porsche 911 Turbo you can jump the 2 1/2 year queue by spending £100K - £120K from a dealer that has bought one in... There by paying for it....

Have to add that you couldnt do this at a main Porsche dealer (contract prevents them from boosting prices), but from an independant. Has happened a couple of times already and Porsche are desperate to clamp down on it - speculation creates the wrong impression..
