Flasher, stunning car... I am stunned ! Great color as well. It's good to see TVR's new beast hitting the road at last.

Nubbin, full throttle's amazing! At 4000 rpm and above it just starts getting faster, all the way up to the red change up light at 7500 rpm! And the noise gets better as well!
Don't worry it won't be long before you're passed the 1000 miles and can join the 'run in' club!
Cheers....... Andrew

I've had the buzzer up a couple of times now and its flies above 6000 rpm!!! It feels quicker than my old cerbera for some reason... It's definitley more nimble and chuckable.

As for my watch, it's a Tag Heuer Chronometer nice and cheap in Dubai!!!

You should see benno's watch it makes mine look like a Mickey Mouse special!!!

We need to have a meet up somewhere, what TVR club regions are meeting next weekend????

Marki

do you have anything constructive to say or are you just into personal insults. Have you got the guts to put up a picture of yourself (perhaps standing next to that TR7 of yours) so we can all take the p*ss?

My watch really isn't that big or expensive it's just the suns reflection in it. I'm not a dwarf I'm 6"2. Comments on the car please, I already know that I'm a fat ugly b*stard and I don't need you to tell me!!

What's the score on the running in then? Is it under 4000 up to 1,000 miles, quick service, then the sky's the limit?

Never had a new car you see

But me Chim's still coming one week today!

I think it depends on the engine Mike.

My Chim was 4000rpm but a mate at work who got a Tuscan at the same time was advised 3000rpm. Distance is the same however at 1000 miles.

Outside of TVR the accepted norm seems to be 3000rpm for the first 1000 miles but it sometimes 3000rpm for 250 miles.

Matt.

PS Which Mole Valley are you collecting from?

if you rank a 430 Wedge alongside a TR7 then you probably have never driven a Wedge

Great car and the best TVR I have owned to date.
One thing I have noticed is that everyone says it looks better in the flesh than in print.

It couldn't look any worse!

Glad you like it.

Thats a bit stiff if you ask me , i mean the Tamora is not my cup of tea nor the colour on Flashers but each to their own Alex , and Flasher said i was the the one in to personal insults.
