Well Lee's new dash LCD arrived on Friday in its static proof packaging and masses of bubble wrap. Thanks Lee it arrived completely unmolested.
I followed the instructions today and it really does only take about 1/2 an hour to get it our and swap it over. No soldering, just screws, bolts and ribbon connectors.
Anyway I've trialled it back in the dash and the display came up immediately. No more waiting for the display to warm up before I can check the fuel level or the all important Oil Temp. Not sunny enough to see that it doesn't wash out in direct sunlight. I will post again if we ever get a sunny day.
I've got to get some clear silicone to stick the glass (perspex) back onto the instrument pack as mine came off. So should all be easily back together in 10 minutes next Saturday.
A big thanks to Lee for making this available at such a great price.
Bob
p.s. no relative or mate of Lee, just think that when we find a great product we should let the TVR world know about it.

Lee, I have a Tuscan LCD that I took out because it had the lines running through. Would you be able to use this to develop a Tuscan LCD? If so, you are welcome to it.
Apologies Lee, I was offering you a Tuscan LCD if you could use it to develop an improved tuscan version. I would be interested as would a few others by the looks of it.chris watton said:
