I have just got a 964RS - this is the best ratio of sportscar character vs reliability I have personally found so far.

I suppose this is the flip side of the holy grail - an interesting Porsche (as opposed to that other rare animal, a reliable TVR).

"Having said that they're fairly tiresome as everyday cars"

Got to dissagree with you there Lance! I'm not fortunate enough to afford an 'everday car' and even if I was I don't think I would. I drive the Tamora everyday and love it. If I was in a 'runaround' and I saw another TVR on the road (or fit bird) then I'd be wishing I was in the TVR! Rain, sun or snow it doesn't matter, it still make me smile.
Having said all that I only do around 12000 miles a year. If it was double then it would be different.

Cheers..... Andrew

If only I could hear the radio properly (and it had a decent aerial) I might try it.......

You must be a 5 Live fan then Lance? FM's no problem but AM can be a pain!
I'm working in Porstmouth today and am already looking forward to the 130 miles back to the Midlands with the roof down!
Cheers.... Andrew

Lance,
The bulbs arrived this am, (ordered on Tuesday). I will get my dealer to fit them this week-end when it goes in to see why the aircon doesn't work.
