Tamora heater fan connector
Discussion
In fairness I think the true is same on all the T cars.
Summer is zooming by so I am sorting out bits in between using Tamy (and Samy). One item is the terrible connector block on the heater fan. I've got an appropriate connector and my plan was to solder new wires to the pins on the unit and add an inline connector.
My question is, can I un-bolt / -screw the control unit. Mod it and the just re-fix it in place? Or do I need to reset something after refitting?
Thanks muchly.

Are you talking about positioning the connector in the duct or the whole unit it plugs into?
How do you fit the unit in the duct? Do you cut out a section and replace with a 'flexi' hose?
No the whole heater amp. Just take the glove box out, stick the amp in the vent and run yourself a loom long enough to connect back to the car using bullet connectors. How do you fit the unit in the duct? Do you cut out a section and replace with a 'flexi' hose?
