Locking T350 without Enabling the Alarm
Discussion
In a few months time I'm taking my car to Spain on the ferry. Now its my understanding that the ferry company require you to lock the car without the alarm being enabled. Is it possible to do this? If it is. How is it done?

If it's the same as the Tamora (?) then there's a button on the left of the left hand door opening button on the dash that stops the external door release and boot release buttons from working.
Pressing that button you can still get out of the car using the internal buttons. Then when you close the door after getting out the doors are effectively locked, but as you haven't used the plip then the alarm isn't on.
To get back into the car you have to plip lock it and then plip unlock it.

Thanks guys for the info. I have tried this and had partial success. The passenger door locks but not the drivers door. ( Both doors lock when I use the remote and then its alarmed. )
Having thought about it. Its not a major problem because if the ferry company want the alarm off. Then all i'll do is leave the car unlocked. Its not as if the car can be nicked!

Exactly, I never lock mine, don,t forget they lock the doors to the car deck anyway so no one can get on there and if anything is nicked it will be on there cameras and it will be crew Having thought about it.
