Bonnet opening technique

Does anyone have any helpful hints on how to open the bonnet of a Tamora ? The release catch seems pretty useless.

It can easily be opened from outside the car, rather than using the internal handle.

You should also be able to reach the bonnet corner with one hand while pulling the internal bonnet release with the other......
