Window splay out at speed.

Hi

Noticed if I get past 100(private road of course), the drivers window leans out at the top and pops from underneath the door seal. If I put the window down then back up the window goes back to the popped out position. I've got to stop, open the door the window drops automatically and goes back to the normal position again once I shut the door. Its really annoying, if I open the window at 90+ and then try and close it, the top of the window splays out again and misses the seal.

Anybody else get this?
Is it a dealer job?

Haven't looked at the door properly yet, but can't see any obvious way of removing the door panel or screws, where do I start?

Thought I'd update anyone who is interested of my progress, When I removed the dood panel I saw a supporting bracket had snapped, I've made a new one and installed, every thing is fine now.

Now the only thing is, I'm might have to get rid the car the wife is not taking to it at all, its spoiling the whole experince for me. I could just get rid of the wife instead
Really am gutted because it's the best one I've seen and a keeper.
